I can't honestly remember how I felt when I! first got pregnant with my daughter because there was so much else going on in my life at the time. Anyway my fianc�e and I have been ttc for over a year now and I am now taking clomid. We are on the second cycle. Sometimes I feel as though I am going to burst into flames. I burn everyday, but the fire never gets a bigger or goes out. Sometimes I wish it would just happen. That I would burst, releasing all the painful energy from within. But then I remember all the lies I told and that they would find out if the flames finally released their grip on me. These lies I told were meant to protect them from my pain. Pain they do not know I have. If I combust, the lies that once protected them will only hurt them. It is an odd feeling not to live for oneself, but for others. I feel as though I need to get away, just get in my car and leave. But since I have always lived for others, this is hard to do. I know leaving would suffocate the flames, and may eventually extinguish them. But the ashes would remain. I wish everyday I were brave enough, although I am not foolish enough to wish things were different. I do not believe in wishes. I believe in action. Certain actions take bravery that I do not yet have. I see myself going one day, but it arouses a feeling of terror that I am not yet ready to face. And so until I am ready, I must go through with what is expected of me. The expectations are not extreme, but dully manageable. The real challenge is figuring out how to build my strength and prepare for what I must do in order to save myself. They may never understand. I do not even fully understand yet. Frustrating Rat Respiratory Symptoms?

So I have treated my one boy Smokey, with Doxycycline which ended up not lasting the whole time that it was supposed to happen and he got much better after the treatment. Then he picked up the symptoms again so I put him and his brothers on the same regimen this time for 4 weeks straight. Well he just started slightly wheezing again (I guess you could call it that, when he inhales he makes a funny sound) He isn't sneezing, he has had a myco test and it was negative, none of the others show symptoms at all. What could this mean? Is he allergic to something? I use unscented Yesterdays news (maybe it is gettind dusty? it seems to be) I mean his initial myco test showed that there was lots of bacteria in his upper tract so I'm uming its bacterial but it seems to keep coming back. I'm starting to run out of money and I can't keep taking him in and getting antibiotics. I've read stories of people talking to their vets about using echinacea and it seems to work, any one tried it? Sorry so many questions but trying to give history so I can try to figure out why he has continued to be sick.

Why at 31 am I having a sudden thick growth of peach fuzz all over my body?

I am a 31y/o female and about a year ago I started getting a light peach fuzz in places I didnt have it before. Well I did it was just getting longer. Well about 6 months ago it started coming in very thick.. I mean thick and getting pretty long around my neck and jaw line. Its even getting thicker on my forehead. Its thick all over now. the backs of my arms and chest, ,legs, hands, fingers, ect. The normal hair on my arms started getting longer and a lil darker. I also started getting horrible acne. Big painfull cystic acne as well as bad white heads. My facial skin looks like I have been burned or like sand paper. All of my acne is follicle related. Not a hair follicle on my face is smooth. They all have either a white head or a bad pimple. I also am getting smaller irritated follicles on my arms. But the big cystic pimples are mainly on my back, face, ocks, and even on my chest and stomach at times. I now have bad pitted scars on my face and some on my arms. What is causing this?? I have always had mild acne but never like this. Nor have I had any hair like this. It has gotten to where when my face gets cold I get goose bumps on it. I did have my thyroid removed in 06 due to cancer but levels have been fine with the meds I am on. I did recently lose a lot of weight very quickly due to some stomach problems. I found out I have an autoimmune disease although not sure what it is yet. I have horrible back problems and joint pain. Not rheumatoid. It was neg. But WBC was elevated and HLA-B27 pos. Anyway I deal with the pain from that everyday and Im fine. Im used to it. But this bad acne and hair thing really is bothering me. I am only 31 and its depressing enough that I cant move around all that well or do things I should be able to. That now I have to look like a meth addict with sores all over. I guess I should plan on bein single forever.. lol Who is gonna want a skinny woman that always has something hurting or medically wrong everyday that has bad acne and scars all over.. LOL I dont care.. lol Does anybody know why I am suddenly having this problem at my age? Any input would be nice. Also does anyone know how to ease the pain from the pimples? I don't know the statistics or anything, but there are tons of asians and other non-americans here. your SAT score isn't the best but not the worst either, your GPA is pretty good though..I definitely think you have a chance. Extracurriculars look good too, the more the better. They like to see that you're well-rounded enough that you can be involved in things outside of school but still keep your grades up.

Dude, first off screw the saab. Saab's were reliable back in the 90's when they were imported; now GM makes them. They're pieces of crap with expensive repairs and transmission problems. In regards to the civic or the jetta, the civic is more practical; both are pretty good cars though. If you're looking to spend around 7k, you may want to look into something like a 2000 maxima. They're really cool cars and you can pick them up with about 90k miles or so in that price range easily. Plus, they have slightly bigger engines, but still get good gas mileage. Maybe not as much as the civic; but they are more fun to drive than the civic.

I have 2 aquatic turtles, one of them is doing fine. The other is having shell problems. The lower half of his shell seems a little warped, and there are two spots that rotting away. I have a UV light and I feed him a good diet. One thing i've noticed is that he never basks. The other turtle will all the time, but i have never seen the one with the rott get out of the water. I even put an extra rock which really makes it easy but he still wont bask. Yesterday I dropped the water level in the tank down to next to nothing so that he would be forced to bask under the light, and let his shell dry out the spots seem a little better. I am looking to start a small business and need internet access but not a land line phone. I want to get a broadband card from either Verizon or Sprint. Front drivers side tire wobbling?

I have a lifted 1997 GMC k1500 4x4. Its got a 4 inch pro comp lift with 37 inch tires and mickey thompson rims. For some reason while im going do the road and hit a slight bump the front drivers side tire starts wobbling but after a few seconds it starts rolling fine and straight. You can see it wobbling the shaking is in the entire truck not in the steering wheel. At first i thought it was the missing stud it had or warped rotor. But i replaced the stud and rotor and its still doing it. Also then i thought maybe a bent rim. But it seems like it was doing the same thing before i got the tires rotated. What are the possible problems i could check if its not a bent rim? I dont really know much about suspension components. I dont think the tires are balanced or if the truck has been aligned after the lift kit was installed not sure if that could be the problem or not. Thanks!

I'm afraid the best answer I could give you is to start on medication. Your therapist was right, it's partly related to chemical imbalances, especially serotonin. What sucks about panic disorder is that your mind keeps going over and over the same questions, which just fuels that panic. Racing thoughts basically. They think it's related to the inablility of the receptors to hold the serotonin for a long enough time so you can function normally. It just keeps firing and firing them, which most likely leads to racing thoughts that loop over and over again. I'm sure presciption antidepressants can help lots. And they're not addictive, so you can easily but gradually stop under the supervision of a doctor. There's really not harm or shame in trying. Unless there is a problem with affording the medication. Help, I need some advice! My boyfriend and I are living together and are not married...?

I messed up with this relationship and need some advice on what to do to fix the situation! My boyfriend and I met about a year ago. We got along great and he was always at my place or I was at his, so I said it would be ok if he moved in. I was the one who suggested it, and he was ok with it too. I think my school teacher abused us ?

When a person is forced to do something they don't want to do it's abuse. When someone does something to someone that they do like, it's abuse. All of these things can be really detrimental to one's well being. Getting naked in front of someone else can be very difficult. Especially at an age where your body is changing and you're starting to feel self-conscious. I say that yes you were abused, and you have to find a way to overcome the mental anguish that abuse is causing you. Things like this take a lot of time and effort. The first thing you have to do is find out what made you so uncomfortable. Dissect the whole situation so you can understand it. After you understand you can forgive and heal. Just because you weren't victimized per se you were still abused. Things affect people differently, that's just the way it is.

I havent had my period for 4 months?

1999 honda civic transmission issue?

my 99 civic is showing signs of a transmission issue. i have 220k miles on my car, about 70k of those are on my rebuilt transmission (which was needed at 150k). my car is still driveable and actually rides fine. Yesterday, driving 30 miles into boston, my check engine light came on halfway into the city, i promptly stopped at a jiffy lube to use their computer. p0704 () and o2 sensor were the two results. The only noticable sign of trouble is the fact that at 65 mph in cruise control, my car is at 3k rpm (which is 500 over the normal needle resting point), and extremely light jerks about every 5 seconds at idling (in drive). I'm wondering if the o2 sensor is the cause of the rpm and jerking issue and the code is due to very dirty fluid..from oct 09 to sept. 10 sat off the road with its transmission fluid of 40,000 driving miles without flush, i'm hoping this is the issue. Currently taking the train to avoid furthering issue and repair cost.

How can we hide/finish cement supports along our baseboards?

We just finished our basement and the contractor did not build the wall out far enough for the drywall to hide the ugly cement supports for the pillars. So now we have cement blocks peeking out from the drywall. Baseboard trim will not cover it. Does anyone have suggestions on how we could finish this mess?

Earlier on, some students from a downtown college came to our door and asked for donations. We live in an apartment in the projects. My dad answered the door and they kept urging him to sponsor kids from a third world country "where he is from" they said. My dad told them numerous times that he does not have a job and he's been jobless for 3 years because he is disabled and no where is willing to hire him. They said that if he has a good heart, then he will for sure get a job, after sponsoring these kids. I was listening in from my room, and I finally came out when they convinced my dad to sign some papers. I return the paper to them and tell them that we don't need this. Then the girl that kept urging my dad to sign stuff said that it was rude for me to do that, they're just doing some school related stuff. So I ask her that out of all places she can ask for sponsors, why would she come to a place like this, the ghetto? Most people here can't help, even if they wanted to. She tells me rudely that they were igned here and everyone has been saying no and rejecting them, and I didn't have to be so rude. When I try to shut my door, my dad just stays there saying that it's rude to. So she keeps going on and on about what a good deed she's doing and how selfish we are, without understanding our situation. I tell them that we're not interested and that they can leave, and then she tells me that I could have said it like that and politely. When I shut the door, she screams *****. I can't believe it. I don't know if they are even doing this legitimately, for all I know this can be fraud to get some petty cash. Secondly, why would their college ign them to get sponsors in government housing areas? I'm so pissed off by how this women treated my dad and myself. People can't just come to other peoples door, asking for something and then giving you **** when they don't get it.

Crib placement, what is the best idea?

Ok, so after the 20 week scan, we found out we were having a little boy and decorated the "nursery"( a small bedroom) with the Winnie the Pooh theme. I had originally planned to keep the crib in our master bedroom( as our room is very roomy) and just put things like a playard, lounge chair, baby swing or cradle in the baby's nursery, that way when people came to see the baby they wouldn't be huddled in our bedroom, the baby would have its own little play area. I am now 30 weeks along, and was trying to put the finishing touches on the baby registry and visualize where things would go. My question is, where should the crib go? I feel a little more comfortable knowing the baby is in the same room as me, but what is best? First time mom's to be and Mommy's: Where did you/ do you plan to put the baby's crib? I know jagex detects bots by other people reporting you, continously playing for hours, F1-F12 keys, repeated movements, and other running softwares, but if you don't do any of these and still be able to bot, will you get caught? For example, if you used a mouse recorder and record 10 minutes of clicking on 2 blank spots in your inventory (and you change the record on to something other than F1 or F2...etc), in world 2 around the grand exchange, and nobody reports you, and you have a running anti-virus (or other software), and you only do it for 2 hours, and you're reading a book near your computer so you can see any random events (to do them manually if they appear). Would jagex still be able to catch you?

I think it has potential. It has a good story line. It kind of reminds me of She's Come Undone by Wally Lamb very vaguely. It needs a lot of work and such. You could use the model's image- it isn't like she'd know it was her if she ever read it. People are into romance novels, obviously. They're one of the most bought genres of books. Anyways. You could always try writing it. If you don't like it after a while, then discard it. There's no harm in trying. It does have a chance though. Once you write some of it, post it. Do you get very tired during the time that you have family stay over at your house?

I try to be a good host. I like everything to go like clockwork, meals and such. I'm not a great cook so I get stressed. I use the crock-pot a lot for cooking which helps. I'm running here and there doing the dishes, people wander into the kitchen and want to talk and I'm trying to keep up with all the work to keep things on track. But, I get so keyed up and I can hardly get any sleep at night. I get concerned about taking too much time in the bathroom in the morning. I'm more concerned about getting everyone fed for breakfast. It takes me a good hour in the morning for me to get ready. There is only one bathroom. So, I forgo a shower and just slap on some make up and go and make breakfast. Then I am sooo sleepy during the next day with my guests that I can hardly function. I get so stressed. My normal routine is out of whack with company. Does this happen to you? I'm tired of being so tired and I am sacrificing my sleep and feel just yucky throughout the next day while everyone else is bright eyed and chipper.
