Can one advertise their company on here?

as i have just started up a sweet stall and mobile sweetshop in milton keynes. If i cant advertise on here any suggestions how to promote my business with a limited budget.I also provide sweets for childrens parties, wedding favours and fundraising.Thanks in advance
