I would like to ask a question regarding the after affects of a fire?

I live in an apt and about two weeks ago the ap underneath me caught a fire. since the fire nothing has been done to the apt to try and start repairs.The refrigerator is still down there full of what ever was already in there when the fre took place,we r now starting to be able to smell the the oder from not only the frig and what ever else is down there in our unit, bu we are also starting to show Signeos of havinghealthhproblemss and allergies caused fromMultiMediaw,which im sure has started to grow from the moisture everyfrom when the fireman had to put hte fire out with water.I have already reported it to my mgr and still nothing has been done.So my question is what can i do abou tit ,and is the mgmnt co. in any violation as far as health& fire code?Waht can i do about this problem?
