Milk Ice Cream?

How is human milk harvested? Are there milking parlours? Are the women paid? Are these lactating women"milked" daily or only on occasion? I wonder if most of the women involved feel degraded,but,are desperate for any money they can get.Or, perhaps they feel empowered and feminine. London began selling it about two weeks ago. Has anyone tried it?
