How can i help these kids? Sorry, its kinda long. Please help!?

oh goodness, Im going to pray about all of this. And thats the first thing to do, pray. Second, I lovee helping people so I would ask my parents if my friend and his siblings could live with us. At least this way they will be safe. Especially since the brother cannot be around all the time. Or you could always get it on tape an expose her for who she really is. This way the cops will believe you and arrest her for child abuse.
