What's wrong with young green iguana's nose?

I got a new cage for my iguana yesterday, its 4x2x6. I came home from school today and found him like this. The cage has metal screen at the bottom. Could this injury be caused by nose rubbing? Please help. H:\DCIM\101KC533\101_0001.JPG
