WHY ARE OPINIONS ABOUT BLACK PEOPLE ALWAYS SO NEGATIVE?

I don't get... all racist have unattractive people, criminals, low lifes but it seems we are mostly frowned upon??? Why can't we just all love each other and hate individually... AND I NEVER REALLY UNDERSTOOD WHY WHITE PEOPLE HATED BLACKS???
