Are there any ways to bot on runescape without jagex catching you?

I know jagex detects bots by other people reporting you, continously playing for hours, F1-F12 keys, repeated movements, and other running softwares, but if you don't do any of these and still be able to bot, will you get caught? For example, if you used a mouse recorder and record 10 minutes of clicking on 2 blank spots in your inventory (and you change the record on to something other than F1 or F2...etc), in world 2 around the grand exchange, and nobody reports you, and you have a running anti-virus (or other software), and you only do it for 2 hours, and you're reading a book near your computer so you can see any random events (to do them manually if they appear). Would jagex still be able to catch you?
