Is it hetero or genous?

Okay well thats easy...heterogeneous means you can seperate it..and geneous means you cant. Well thats how I can tell them apart. For example fruit salad..it may have tomatoes, dressing, cubers, etc. This must be heterogeneous since I can seperate them. Vodka is geneous, bronze is geneous, granite is heterogeneous, saltwater is geneous IF the amount of salt is not more than the water. If it is..then its heterogeneous :) I hope I helped!
