Rims for a 1996 Nissan D21?

I believe I tried to put chevy rims on my nissan and they didnt fit. Measure from hole to hole and both vehicles and if the distance from hole to the hole next to it is the same on both vehicles it should fit. As for drum and disc brakes it would on;y matter if the drum or the rotor was bigger than the inner diameter of the wheel.
