Well if you "love" him you would have asked him out already. And if he "loved" you he would have asked you out already and not be flirting with other girls. All those other girls that he flirts with probably think the same thing you do and he probably says the same things to them that he does to you. Face it, if you two loved each other you wouldn't be on here asking if you should ask him out or not. You would be with him. If he wanted to be your partner, he would have asked you out already because he "loves" you. You to do NOT love each other.
