Isn't it amazing how short the American memory is on Illegals and Immigration?

The reason the Democrats shot down this bill was because it included building a fence and actually enforcing immigration laws and like always the Democrat Party opposes the laws they previously pes as well as the rules our founders stated in the Constitution. Yes Democrats opposed this because they don't want borders at all & conservatives opposed this because they actually want the laws on the books followed. It was a bad bill and needed to fail. Why do the Democrats continue to block enforcement on the borders, building a wall to keep illegal aliens, terrorists & drug dealers out of the US? Why do the Democrats refuse to support the laws on our books?
