Should i go out with this guy or wait?

I am crazy for thiis guy and i dont know how he feels about me. Im the youngest of a family of 7 and im 13 years old. Should i go up to this guy and ask him out? or should i wait...I dont want my family to be all ooo la la to me cause thats just emaring but im sure i could live with it. I also dont know if hes dating anyone. but i could find that out easily. Im soo nervous around him too! so i dontknow what to do!!! PLEASE HELP ME!! Im just a big mess of scared so please help! thx <3
