Rover 216 running rich on all4 cylinders?

does anyone know how yo flash up fault codes & also is there a mixture adjustment manualy poss ! compresion is 13.5 on 3 cyl & 14.5 on no 1 so dont think ots rings as it gets warmer problem gets worse! blue smoke + timin on
