New digital camera help!?!!? what is going on!?

i just got the CASIO EX-S10 camera, i put in the battery after charging it turned it on and took 1 picture, when i went to go delete it, the screen like turned black and i couldn;t do anything. The lens is still out and whenever i try to press the on/off botton it just makes this noise and doesn;t do anything. What should i do?
