Lost a bet and must walk slowly for 4 hours on a treadmill?

I lost a bet to my friend, and now she's going to have me walk slowly for 4 hours on a treadmill. So I am not able to cheat and stop midway, she wants to handcuff me to the treadmill for the entire time, lol. Should I go along with it? She's going to be watching the entire time.
