I am married i going marry my lover. can i live with my lover before divorce my husband. Its possible!!!!!!!!?

I am 7months back married. we registered our marriage. I want to marry my lover. i planned to go with him & going marry him. If it is possible to marry my lover without getting divorce. bcs now only i have to apply for the divorce & i am not informed to anybody even my husband also. It will take atleast 1year time. so I no need to live with him. If i go with my lover it make problem using by register marrige or anybody can separate both of us using the previous marriage. Is there is any law for objection to live with lover before getting divorce from the Ist Husband. I dont wont live without my lover. Pls give me suggestion about this.
