Crib placement, what is the best idea?

Ok, so after the 20 week scan, we found out we were having a little boy and decorated the "nursery"( a small bedroom) with the Winnie the Pooh theme. I had originally planned to keep the crib in our master bedroom( as our room is very roomy) and just put things like a playard, lounge chair, baby swing or cradle in the baby's nursery, that way when people came to see the baby they wouldn't be huddled in our bedroom, the baby would have its own little play area. I am now 30 weeks along, and was trying to put the finishing touches on the baby registry and visualize where things would go. My question is, where should the crib go? I feel a little more comfortable knowing the baby is in the same room as me, but what is best? First time mom's to be and Mommy's: Where did you/ do you plan to put the baby's crib? In your room or in another?
