I really don't know what to do?! Anyone with advice plz....?

Here's the situation: i'm a 18 year old gay virgin guy. For the longest time i've wanted a boyfriend but i live in a small area, and i dont go out much, and after 3/5 long years of waiting for the right guy i basically have gotten NOWHERE. and thats fine cuz i all i really want is . just to try it. I have never kissed, touched, dated, or been asked out on a date by another guy. Im just really horny most of the time and i would like to have while im still young. Recently i found this guy on this website who lives very very close by and he's y. He's on the down low (im out) and basically i know if we hung out we would have (that was made very clear). I gave him my phone number yesterday. My problem is should I do it? I'm pretty sure i wont fall for him. Its pretty physical cuz we'd nvr do anything more cuz he's not out so the question is should I or if he wants to do something should i tell him no and not go thro with it?? i really want to juss saying
